I usually go to the sister branch in Leith (Afreens) but as i stay in Tranent i thought i'd give Nylla's a try.. Very friendly staff, clean salon and a relaxed atmosphere. Very happy with the treatments i got and will definitely be back and would also recommend

The wax was done in a back room which was heated well. The therapist asked me to take off my trousers and knickers and left the room. I did so but there was. I towel provided so was just lying on the bed naked from my waist down, while I'm not embarrassed about my body I feel it adds some modesty to have a towel. When it came to the waxing she used an excessive amount of talcum powder on the area which I feel affected the efficiency of the wax. She kept having to go over the same areas again and again and at the end of the wax I still had a lot of hair left down there. She gave me some cream to calm the area but nothing to get rid of excess wax. I left the salon feeling very sore and very sticky. The next day I could see that she had pulled up skin on the areas she did several times. She was a lovely person but I feel she was very inexperienced.
