I arrived 30 mins early for my appointment. The salon was running 20 mins late but the guy at the front reception kept lying every 5 minutes he would say 5 more minutes.
Terrible place a lot of customers complaining. They have some regular customers who they look after. New business they are not interested.

They were a bit busy when I came, then I need to wait around 10-15 mins to be served. But I still gonna give them 5 stars because my nails look gorgeous and they always use high-quality products and nice to all customers.
