Pretty poor experience, more of an express nail place for walk-ins which comprised pre-book customer. Didn't get the pre-book technician either and a 20 mins wait against the scheduled time. Rush job in 30 mins when it's claimed to be 60 mins treatment. I'd avoid if you have any expectations.

My therapist was actually called Li and she is lovely. Shes calm and gentle and so polite + takes time to explain different shade options and recommendations which is highly appreciated if you are fickle like me! Will be going back, will be asking for Li :)
