I was disappointed as I was made to pay additional 10 pounds to have one of my nails in a separate colour. Even when I agreed and mentioned the nails I wanted, the lady forgot and I had to remind her. Every time I put my hands in the lamp she would forget to press it to heat. I felt rushed, out of place and not relaxed at all. I wouldn't go back.

I felt really rushed. The venue staff wasn'tchdcking their appointments and were taking on walk-ins, which had one staff servicing two or even three people at the same time. It felt very speedy in all the wrong ways. Joy did my pedicure and the big toe was wavy and didn't heat correctly buteven when she acknowledged it was 'damaged' she just tried putting more layers. I had to specifically ask for it to be corrected. I'm not sure if I would visit again, it wasn't relaxing or calm. It was rushed.

I ended up getting a bio gel manicure/pedicure which they recommended and it was amazing. No chips for 3 weeks- I just had to get them replaced because my nails had grown out so much. The staff were also lovely. I would highly recommend.
