James remembered what look I was aiming for and he listened to what I wanted and talked me through the options. Extremely knowledgable and so lovely and welcoming. I was so happy with my hair colour and cut, my hair felt and looked so healthy. Got lots of compliments how good my hair looked. Very happy with the overall service and would definitely recommend.
