Was not prepared for my appointment, didn't know what treatments I was there for, had to explain this again even between treatments. She was listening to a voicenote from her phone during the massage. Fire alarm low battery beeping throughout. No technique to massage, more of just a deep massage. aromatherapy massage, there was no discussion about aromas or focus areas,didnt smell any sent until massage was over when there was a faint smell of some sent on my arm. Privacy not maintained during.
