I arrived to the salon to be questioned how on earth did I book it with the therapist that isn’t qualified? The owner/manager of the salon announced that only she would be qualified to do it and that she charges different prices as she is the most senior and that she of fully booked anyway. The whole thing made me very uncomfortable like it was somehow my fault that their treatwell account isn’t managed properly. Long story short, I asked if there is anyone that could do a bikini and full leg wax and there was a girl that they assigned to me. I understand that it was supposed to be “kindness” from their side to take me anyway, but I think I’d rather they had turned me away. The bikini wax was not a bikini wax... I know I didn’t get Brazilian I wanted, but I thought bikini line goes all round bikini edge, not just the front triangle... either way, felt very disappointed. The rest of the wax was very patchy too. Legs were half done with knees and top back of my legs all still hairy, had to go home and spend half an hour going over everything with epilator. Still feel confused how I walked out from there actually paying 29 pounds.. rushed half an hour treatment that was the worst wax I ever had. Will never return.

The girl who had done my pedicure was the best thing out of the whole experience. The other workers weren’t friendly and so did not make the atmosphere or experience that enjoyable but Kia I think it was, she was great I’d recommend her.
