He explained what products he uses and matched my colour perfectly. He put the root tint in but found my hair colour was quite uneven (in lockdown I did it myself), so went ahead and corrected all my mistakes - no extra charge, did an excellent conditioning and head massage and a perfect cut. I'm so happy with the result! Mario also cut my 16 yr old son's hair - totally nailed it and made a conscious teen very happy. Thanks!

1st trip to Mario, the colour was a lot darker than what I showed him and what we agreed AND the roots were uneven, but he offered to redo it. After he’d finished the 2nd time, he asked me what colour toner I wanted. As I was going to a festival I agreed to Caribbean blue, which he said would come out within a few washes with highlights underneath. That was 28 June. It’s now 6 Aug & it’s even more blue than before! I asked for advice, he claims I want free services! Beyond disappointing;shocking

My hair wasn’t even, one side was longer than the other. I asked Mario before I left the chair and he said it was fine, I’ve had to get it evened out somewhere else.
