This appointment was very disappointing, I have had a great hair cut from Anna in the past but but the service was severely lacking this time. She answered a phone call throughout the hair cut and continued to speak on face-time through out the appointment, yelling in a foreign language which not only made me feel uncomfortable, but made me worry about her attention to detail while actually cutting my hair. I felt annoyed by the situation and this was added to by the fact that there was never any type of apology for the inconvenience of this during my time. I personally wouldn't return to this salon after this negative experience.
