This is my second time here. I have a very simple cut on fine hair, no fancy layers or coloring and it's the same length all over.
The first time Alix cut my hear and did a great job. This time it was Anna and I've got to say I'm not happy at all. I was the last customer of the day and she was clearly in a hurry to leave. It took me quite a while to write this review because first I was just so upset I wouldn't have been able to keep my language clean.
The cut is uneven - the first 4 cm from the front are clearly shorter than the rest of it on one side, and the hair in the back is just all weird, in two chunky layers that look odd and ugly. On the other side I had to cut some hair myself because they were several cm longer than the rest of it!
When I left the place it looked ok, not great but ok, as she had dried it and arranged the hair. After the first shower the truth came out but it was too later already to go and complain, several days later. I don't think I will be going back.

I gave 5 stars because I could not give more. Lovely place and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They do their best to look after you(even when I called for an appointment in less than 3 hours and I apology) . I always had a haircut from alix, charming and had a lot of patient and never forget to smile. I change a lot of salon because of the service but this is just amazing. Thank you again for everything
