The haircut was horrible, ( one side is longer than the other, I’ve only asked for a bob) the colour wasn’t what I’ve asked for but I’m not mad about it.
I’ve called back to let them know, offered another appointment but I decided to not risk it again.

What a great haircut!
She firstly “measured” my hair and cut them straight. This way she made sure not to cut more than requested, then started to layer them, tress by tress. Impressive skills! I think I have just become a regular customer 🤔😊

Easy to book online and answers the phone when called (I booked out of hours for the next day). Anna included a soothing head massage when washing my hair and sorted my uneven hair to a tidy, manageable cut. Good value for money and friendly service.
