I had an appointment booked for 12pm and didn't get taken until 1:25pm. I had to ask several times to be taken as I had plans afterwards. The polish removal was rushed and sore as the drill was being used too harshly and fast. The application of biab was lumpy and thick and they began to chip five days after. This was due to them being done in less than 20 mins for both removal and infill. I am disappointed with the quality and found the lamp and instruments to be dusty & needing cleaned.
