I did wait beyond my appointment time and the technician did hurt my finger when the drill moved but they did apologise for this. Nails were exactly what I asked for and I would go back again.

Treatment from the staff was amazing, offered tea and coffee on arrival. The staff then offered to put the massage chair on. Very friendly and great service
