Fantastic place and great staff. Went for the wallow in the mud treatment. The staff did everything they could to cater for my access requirements as a disabled person, putting me at ease and making me feeling me most welcome and comfortable. Other venues offering similar treatments just turned me away, so I would definitely recommend this one!

The initial welcome to the salon was warm and friendly. The treatment was not booked in correctly despite it being checked prior to arriving, and the therapist did not seem happy to be doing a massage instead of a facial.
The therapist spoke throughout the entire massage- this isn't what I expect when going for a massage. Her pressure was firm and I had asked for that, however she insisted on using pressure on one part of my shoulder and continued to do so even when i told her it was hurting.
Aftercare advice was none existent, and a quick handover of a product guide and money off voucher were thrust into my hand.
I did not feel this was a £40 back massage- the most expensive back massage I have ever had and it was the worst. I shall not be recommending and certainly not returning.
The venue was lovely and serene and very clean. The massage was amazing, I managed to switch off completely and felt completely relaxed afterwards.
