First eyebrow wax ever, great environment and experience! Plus super friendly staff!
It was my first visit to Odette's, or indeed any place like this, which I think they could probably tell! Staff were incredibly friendly and guided me through every step, telling me where to go, what to wear/take-off (just your top) and where to lie. The staff are very knowledgeable and provide expert advice on your skin. In my case my skin was very good and so she said I needn't come back for 3 months - it felt nice knowing that they were honest rather than telling me "oh dear, you're going to have to come in every fortnight..." Facial/massage were very relaxing, the hour flew by and I'll definitely be returning.
Had a wonderful deep tissue full body massage by Mariaangela, she was very welcoming and professional and concentrated on my shoulders as requested. The venue is very clean, and very intimate. Will for sure be returning!
The women who done my treatment was lovely, She listened to what I wanted and also recommended ideas to me. My eyelashes and brows are great.
As always a pleasure to have Mariaangela look after me. I always leave Odette feeling relaxed and happy and enjoying seeing the improvements to my skin. Eyebrows as always look great!
