My experience with vicky c at body essentials nearly never happened at all, I got my shops mixed up and was supposed to go next door. After a lot of two ing and throwing with vicky about my mistake and may I add she was absolutely understanding and very polite about it I decided to stick with my mistake and go along to see vicky. I think what persuaded me was her calm and excepting voice . I'm so very very glad I did. Vicky was professional.Easy to talk to.Done a cracking job& never rushed.5*
