I booked a mani at Oh Coco yesterday, even called before I booked. I arrived, the lady started removing my previous mani and then another client comes in and she stopped doing my nails. They claimed my booking wasn’t showing in the system!
After 30 minutes of showing various members of staff my booking confirmation and the call log in my phone, I decided to cut my losses and we agreed a refund.
I STILL have not received my money. Such a pitiful experience. @chloe please send me my money asap

It was my first laser session with Chloe, she made me feel comfortable and was welcoming and friendly. She answered all my questions. I had my face, back, underarms, arms and Hollywood done. It was minimal pain. The salon is very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend her services best place to get your laser done. Looking forward to my next session.
