4 weeks ago I was not helped by Sabine. I requested ombre, the girl did the technique poorly (including filing etc.) and so 2 other colleagues had to take over. The result was fine, but it took 3 people and a long time. So I made my appointment yesterday specifically for Sabine. She started, but then again the girl that did poorly last time took over. In the end I sat there for 2 hours. only to go home with a French and chrome, while staff had already gone home. Wasn’t the best experience.
