Rude therapists!! Poor customer service, fraudsters. The man who did my nails lacked experience. A female therapist who sat next to the guy working on my nails deliberately splashed polish remover on my face and top. Was rude from the get go. Learn to treat a customer! I refused to get a full shellac after the bad experience. Did not want to give them my money so I opted for gel removal only. Cherry on top was getting charged £27 for this bad experience, total rip off! You’ve been warned.

This was my first ever gel manicure and I was happy with the result.

Had a gel manicure the previous day and I didn’t like the colour I chose so went back the second day to change the colour. Obviously they had to remove the gel and redo it all. The guy wasn’t very experienced and the level of detail wasn’t great.
