There was a 25 minute delay to my appointment. Once I was sat down I was seen to my a first person who seemed unsure what they were doing and some on my exstensions had to altered by the second person who seemed very put out and kept rolling their eyes when I asked for my nails to be shortened. The first half of my appointment took so long (nearly two hours + delay) that I had to forgo having nail art. Overall the experience was quiet unpleasant and I felt very uncomfortable.
