Although the haircut was of a high standard, as usual, the young assistant who washed my hair leaned on the sink which banged into my neck. I'm now on painkillers after seeing the doctor, and it may take a few weeks to recover. Although it isn't serious, I'm unhappy that it happened and the way it was dealt with. I complained to the assistant who apologised, and to the hairdresser, who made no comment. I will not be returning.
