Natalie did my keratin & let me just say this was my first time at this salon and the experience was phenomenal by her! She kept the conversation flowing the whole way through and made me very comfortable & even got me some tea and biscuits. She did an absolutely fantastic job with me hair as I was abit nervous at first as I’ve previously had bad experiences with keratin at different salons she’s restored my trust and I will be visiting again!
