I’m disappointed with my overall experience.I originally went in for baby highlights and a toner, but the result came out much warmer and more orange/yellow than I expected. The hairdresser did try to correct the colour but at no avail.

Delighted with my hair treatment and went with Keratin over Hair Botox (as the results last longer). Gorgeous neighbourhood salon, welcoming with new magazines and macaroon with drink. Hair looked fabulous after the treatment and I feel like a new person!
