The staff was not careful at all - almost scratched my skin off with the file... Booked in for a gel removal and shaping but the staff only shaped it with a file leaving rough edges and called it a day?? I pointed the edges were roughly and kindly asked her to tidy them with a buffing block. She said: "I've already done them (said twice) and this (using the block), you need to pay." I didn't say anything and still thanked her politely when leaving. Then, the receptionist (seemed like a manager) insisted that I didn't pay?? I then showed him my Treatwell receipt and he then let me go. To be completely honest and fair - the salon looked very clean and fab, however the staffs and service were really unprofessional. I literally think they are scamming people to pay extra for no reason or even pay again for what they have already paid for. Absolutely horrible experience and will not come back for sure. Avoid at all cost.
