Quite disorganised as a salon, had to rebook my services over multiple days as they did not have enough therapists to cover all the treatments I wanted to get done on the same day. Quite frustrating when I wanted to spend just a day at the salon to treat myself. The hair stylist probably gave me one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had in my life. I have thinning, curly hair and I was given a cut with multiple layers however it did not suit my style or face shape! I had to go months with my hair in a bun as it looked an absolute scraggly mess until it had grown out. I just had it cut again at my local salon, certainly dearer but I finally feel comfortable having my hair out again! I never got my eyebrow and face threaded at this salon as they did lot have the right therapists in to complete this service for me. So I used up the credit on my account towards another mani, pedi later on. Perhaps the only saving grace that this company has is their nail technicians. I was also charged full price for a laser hair removal on this website when I should have been provided an option to book in a patch test. As it happens, I had a reaction to the laser treatment and was not able to complete the service.
