Wonderful location and orla is so friendly . I was so relaxed I feel asleep. Great head massage. Very effective whilst giving facials. Can’t what ti come again.

The experience in the shop was ok, Ola seemed nice, however the wax seemed to me much more painful than normally (but I only go 3x a year so didn’t think anything).
After my bikini wax I went home and was in so much pain I put ice cubes on and still on both sides formed massive blisters! I never had that before, it was extremely painful for a week.
Also there is a part of my leg that wasn’t done well but that was only a small issue.
Honestly a terrible experience overall.
