I had a back massage for pregnant mums followed by a facial. Loved both of them, so relaxing, with a lovely ambience and great facilities. Nicky was very attentive and friendly- nothing was too much trouble for her! Excellent value for money and will definitely be back.

This is my second time getting a facial from Nicky at Zen and I couldn’t recommend it more! She is a friendly, kind, and lovely person, and an attentive, talented masseuse! With massage, one size doesn’t fit all, and the same size doesn’t fit every day: Nicky took her time to look at my skin, decide what I needed, and tailor the massage exactly to what would work best for me, resulting on two rather different experiences, both of which have left me relaxed and glowing and my skin feeling soothed, pampered, and beautiful. She also explains what she is using and why, which is a lovely touch for someone as curious as I am about what goes on on my face. The room is warm and welcoming, the music relaxing. All in all, an amazing experience that I look forward to repeating soon!!!

It was my first time at Zen today and it DEFINITELY won’t be my last. He ambiance is wonderful and relaxing, and Nicky is a true miracle worker: got in with horribly inflamed skin and she devised a bespoke combination of treatments that left me feeling relaxed and my skin was calmer, softer, and more glowy than it had been in weeks! Can’t review the manicure and eyelash/brow dye as the person was ill so I got a refund for those services. I can’t wait to be back at Zen!!!
Nikki is fantastic. No other word for it. She has created a little nirvana in Aberdeen city centre. After a stressful day at work there is nowhere better to relax, unwind and just let your stresses melt away in nikkis hands. Her professionalism and her competence are second to none. Could not recommend highly enough
