Nicky was absolutely lovely and gave me a brilliant massage. She explained what she was about to do and why, checked I was ok with it and that I was comfortable. Very knowledgable, friendly and highly recommended. Going back again next week. She did everything she could to make sure I had a good experience. So pleased I found ZEN!

Nicky was absolutely wonderful. The facial was really relaxing and expertly executed, my skin felt lovely, soothed and hydrated afterwards and I got many compliments saying I was glowing! Booked in for another treatment with Nicky after my facial as I enjoyed the experience so much. Would definitely recommend!
