I don't know fault was in my hairs or her product. I had my keratin and right after 1st wash look horrible. Even after wash more damage and dryness was in my hairs. Otherwise the lady was so good humble.

Had balayage with cut and blow dry done for the first time and I loved it! Olie was really friendly and took her time to make sure my hair looked good, highly recommend and will be coming back for my next hair appointment!
