All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Had to wait half an hour and not the kinda place you are offered tea or coffee although you do get a glass of water if you ask. A bit rough round the edges but pleased with the cut and highlights. So basically it's not the place to go for the experience but they get the job done if that's all you are interested in.
I was pleased with my colour and cut. The salon itself is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. At first they thought I hadn't paid yet and so were going to charge me again; I had to point out that I'd already paid through Wahanda and it had charged my account already (I had checked the night before), so just be aware of this. Overall, it was a good haircut experience for a good price.
Great location, lovely staff and great value. Service was great and the treatment was carried out with great care and attention, the only downside the roots of my blonde highlights are still a bit on the dark side and I would have liked to have them more blonde from to match the rest of my colour.
Giada is great :) I can only recommend her. She is professional, accurate and lovely. The salon has great atmosphere.

Friendly service; slight initial difficulty with salon not checking Wahanda so trying to postpone my appointment 15 mins beforehand (when I was already there) but when I explained that this didn't work for me, they were very accommodating about fitting me in and moved things around to accommodate.
