I was running late to the appointment but the staff were very nice and they still accepted me without problems. My haircut (esp. fringe) could have been nicer. It was a very quick cut and it came out quite short. However, I cannot complain.
Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The highlights were exactly what I wanted so couldn't of asked for anything better. Excellent value for money. Thank you!
When I arrived there was no record of my appointment, however luckily I had brought a print out of the confirmation and I managed to convince the receptionist to let me through. Other than that i loved the cut and the colour!
Leslie the stylist was fantastic. He listened carefully, made suggestions and showed me pictures of suitable colours and cuts to match my hair length and texture. He was ever so gentle; this is the first time I left a salon without a headache... Overall, the colour and cut was amazing: I've paid three times more at other salons and here I got a fabulous hairdo at a fraction of the price.
