I would recommend them to anyone.
Wasn't too pleased with the receptionist though. She was nice but there was a mistake with our booking and she spoke about it a lot through our treatments and rather loudly throughout the salon which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.
I also brought my mother with me who speaks perfect English having been here for 30+ years but the receptionist assumed she couldn't and kept asking me what my mother wanted instead of directly asking her. We both thought it was a little rude.
Other than that, the experience was good and amazing value for money.

Nice haircut for the price. The place is small and simple but great location in the heart of Soho. Luis was great and listened to my requests also giving input. Overall very satisfied with the cut and blow-dry but not sure I got the conditioning treatment...
My hair was washed, cut and blow dried by Luiz. He was friendly and did a good job. Can't really fault Gusto. The place is quite small but there seem to be plenty of hairdressers working there. It was good value with the Wahanda offer, good for a quick haircut or blow dry after work.
A really great cut, by a distance one of best I've had in some time. Great place, with a compact, pop arty vibe. Have recommended to friends.
Lovely staff, central location and a good cut. For the price, it's great value but definitely somewhere to go for the service, not the experience.
