Very unpleasant blow dry - the shampoo was not thorough and a bit painful, water ran down my neck and soaked my shirt. The blowdry itself is also terrible - my scalp was burned a few times, there were quite a few painful tugs, and the stylist was pretty uncaring & indifferent.
The salon was not that clean, the massage parlour downstairs was also pretty unpleasant. I will not go back here again.
The experience we had at this hairdressers was entirely traumatising - from the staff attitude and unprofessionalism to the cleanliness and standard of hairdressing. The hairdressers spent an entirety of 60seconds giving me a quite literal "blunt cut" which three chops of a scissor - which they didn't even care to check was correct once dried until I asked. The curls the hairdresser put in looked like they'd been done by a child, let alone a professional stylist.
