The professionalism of this salon was unfortunately extremely bad. A friend and I booked 2 separate stylists for 12pm but they only had 1, so the entire experience was rushed. Despite paying for deep conditioning we had to remind our stylist to do this. The receptionist ended up hardly rinsing out my hair, leaving most of the product sitting on it. Our hair was fried with a lack of heat protectant products and not styled well. The cut is choppy, the vibe of the place is awful and unprofessional
My haircut was done so badly with uneven ends and I had to mention to the hairdresser that she needed to fix the uneven cut when I stood up.
She was on the phone throughout the haircuts and was really rough with the blow dry pulling at my hair and burning my scalp with the hairdryer.
The place itself looked really shabby.
Would not recommend.
Stella was lovely, very welcoming and attentive!! I booked last minute and don’t regret, I really love my new hair!! The haircut was done beautifully and professionally
Lovely and welcoming team. Stella checked in regularly to ensure that I was happy with the length, that the water temperature was okay etc. Overall a relaxing experience in a convenient central location. 10/10 😊
