Having been to Oliver Stephens before I was keen to come back as I'd had a very good (5 star experience) in the past. I was pleased with the colour and the hairdresser was very friendly. However, I have really thick hair and the hairdresser struggled with it and seemed a bit annoyed which I can understand but this made me a little uncomfortable. Overall I am happy with the end result

I have been looking for a hairdressers since moving to London and have now found it. I went to the salon without knowing exactly what I wanted. Chris was amazing in helping me pick a colour and gave me a new style without cutting the length too much. I have very long hair and got full highlights. Chris coloured the last strands of hair with the same care and attention as he did when he started my hair (an hour and a half ago). I just can not say how great I found the salon and will definitely will go back.
Hair Colouring
Overall my hairdresser was a lovely guy but I felt like he hadn't cut ladies hair before. He didn't ask where my parting was originally so I left with a parting that looked ridiculous! It's something very small but for the price I paid I expected a little bit more questions asked before going to town on my hair. The wash before the cut was very heavy handed and the water was scorching, usually asked how the temperature is. Again maybe it's me being picky but it should have been asked. My fringe also looked horrendous and I just can't wait to grow it out, it might have looked great on someone else but wasn't the look I was going for. Overall an ok cut, but nowhere near worth the money I paid. Was the standard of a ten pound hair cut!

Had a brilliant hair cut done by Chris going from shoulder length to very short which demands a lot of skill. Chris did an amazing job - best haircut I've ever had! Highly recommend the salon. Next time I know I can be more adventurous as in great hands I can trust!
