Unfortunately, a very bad experience at this salon with Oliver. He did not take the time or energy to listen to what I wanted and instead of matching my highlights to the colour that was already there which I asked for, he added dark streaks to my hair which contrasted to bright bleach parts, it looked stripy and grey/ dull. I have never had a hairdresser not check the colour development before washing off- he was so busy multi-tasking someone else's hair he did not check the colour had developed but told his assistant to wash it out, this was another sign of lack of care and energy, similarly he never asked how I usually part my hair but went ahead and cut it. When he blow-dryed my hair I expressed how the colour was far from what I wanted and he spent the next 20 minutes arguing that this was what I had requested, I was almost in tears at this point but he was rude, arrogant and unsympathetic, whilst Oliver did attempt to fix the colour in a later appointment, due to him putting lightener over the dyed hair, my hair is so damaged and broken. I don't hold any bad feelings towards this salon but just urge anyone reading this review to book elsewhere, it is simply not worth messing up your hair. FYI the other hairdresser working there seemed to be good so maybe a safer bet.

Friendly salon - very nice blow dry. Very attentive and professional. Would definitely go back in the future for another blow dry.

Simon was absolutely lovely and turned a rather crappy day into one where I strolled out of the salon with a huge smile on my face, as well as a super lovely haircut. Will definitely use again.

The staff is very friendly and kind, however I will not be coming back, and the reasons are: Cleanliness- they should really improve it, the floor war really dirty and covered with small hairs in the corners. They should also secure customers' clothes better, they haven't covered my collar and my trousers, so I was covered with hairs at the end. The cut was not special at all, I have not felt any difference really- It felt like nothing has been done. And be careful with the blow dry, it may seem to be nice, however when I came back home I noticed that he has burned my endings!

It's always hard picking a new salon but Simon was nothing but fantastic from the moment I arrived. He listened to what I wanted and to how my hair behaves and managed to give me a cut and colour just as described. He also pointed out where I had been paying for half head of highlights at another salon and had been getting just a T section - thank you! I have already had a number of compliments on my colour. I have very thick hair and while having all the foils done I never felt that he was rushing or taking short cuts, I left totally satisfied and for the price I couldn't have been happier! I will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends!
