I wasn't disappointed, as soon as I entered Oliver Stephens I was warmly welcomed into a beautiful salon. The music and décor is very calming and relaxing. All the staff are engaging and fun. Oliver listened to what I wanted and I'm over the moon with my cut and colour! I now have beautifully glossy hair and a fabulous cut that's given back my confidence. I requested some extras as I needed a bit more colour work to correct previous highlights (and cover my pesky greys!) that had made my hair dull. I was more than happy to pay the difference as I was getting great advice and trusted him 100%. I've already rebooked I was that impressed.

what a pleasant appointment! this was a last minute/same day booking to cover my grey and sort out my highlights. It was a quiet afternoon in there so I had the company of Oliver's very cute french bulldog puppy and the guys who worked there.
The soho location is great. Oliver and his colleagues were lovely to talk to and, overall, I like the hair.
Hair Colouring
It was late, freezing and pouring rain but the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm smile and cup of tea. I had half highlights, cut & blow dry which were great, I'll be going back.

Lovely stylist and v handy location. Felt like the stylist actually cared about my hair and tried to show me how to look after it etc. Didn't have to wait at all. V quick and efficient at actually doing highlights, washing and cut!

perfect balance between ultra professional, yet not pretentious staff.
I've already recommended them to 2 of my friends, as the colour is perfect, the whole experience was just great.
Great location is a huge plus as well!
