Super happy with my cut and treatment with Zoe

I made a late booking to get a hair cut and a conditioning treatment at Oliver Stephens salon in Soho after work. Zoe did an amazing job conditioning my hair and cutting it matching what I was after. She is extremely meticulous and it definitely pays off! After a long day at work I appreciated her discreet efficiency that allowed me to relax closing my eyes or reading my book. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Zoe who cut my hair was amazing. She understood what I wanted and gave me exactly that. She showed a lot of care to my hair and was a perfectionist while cutting my hair. Will definitely continue getting my hair cut by Zoe.

Very slow, the hair wash was terrible, my hair did not feel clean at all, the cut was ok at best. The whole process for a simple cut, wash and blowdry was just slow and I left the salon not feeling great.
