However, I booked the cut and blow dry with luxury massage but didn’t receive any massage at all. The owner was also talking to a friend/family member about decor and things behind me the whole time so I don’t feel like it was a particularly relaxing experience unfortunately. I liked the cut though which is most important.

My hair colouring was good and I like the colour. However, unfortunately, this wasn’t a great overall experience as the customer service left a lot to be desired. The individual doing my hair was unapologetically rude, heavy handed and rough with my head / hair and essentially made feel quite unwelcome... quite bizarre! I’ve been to many salons in London with differing experiences but never one quite like this, it was essentially the opposite of a relaxing and enjoyable salon visit and was actually quite upsetting. Also note the Treatwell prices aren’t final and you will be encouraged (pressured) to add on more services.
