The worst keratin treatment I have ever experienced. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes to begin with, then the treatment did not work at all despite not washing my hair for days and using the recommended shampoo. I have had Brazilian blowdrys for the past 5 years and this was by far the biggest waste of time and money. I requested a part refund due to the awful service / outcome of the treatment but this was denied. Overall, terrible experience.

The haircut was so quick - no attention to detail and felt so rushed, like she just wanted to finish quickly. I’ve got home and my hair has not been cut the same length all around. The worst haircut I think I have had. The front was barely touched. I’m now having to go and pay elsewhere to get this sorted.
