I had specifically very clearly asked for my hair not to be cut too short, however the stylist went ahead and cut it short anyway and then went & tried saying it looks short because of how it’s styled. I used to come to this salon quite a few years ago when Keisha used to work here & loved it, but now I would not recommend.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
The worst keratin treatment I have ever experienced. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes to begin with, then the treatment did not work at all despite not washing my hair for days and using the recommended shampoo. I have had Brazilian blowdrys for the past 5 years and this was by far the biggest waste of time and money. I requested a part refund due to the awful service / outcome of the treatment but this was denied. Overall, terrible experience.
