It was a great salon overall! The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Annalisa gave me my favourite hair cut to date! Thanks to everyone at Oliver Stephens who is working so hard post lockdown!!
Balayage
Wash was 2 minutes, cut was around 5 and then 20 mins for a blow dry. The cut was good but was not worth £50.

It was, unfortunately, a terrible experience. I was moved multiple times between floors as the hairdresser was working on multiple clients at one time.
I was most dissatisfied that I had booked for about £60 a ‘luxury head massage’ which was honestly terrible. It lasted less than a minute.
The stylist hit my head multiple times with the hairdryer and it was all very disappointing. I took a chance with this salon and I wish I hadn’t. The haircut itself is terrible too.

I had a good haircut and the stylist followed my instructrions for the haircut I wanted. And has also styled it as per the photo I show them. The luxury massage advertised on theis offer has not been done. The salon was really busy on the day I had the haircut.
