Very experienced practitioner. Got to work on my tense, stiff & sometimes achey back + arms and legs. It was a firm & sometimes tough experience, but very professional. By the evening my back genuinely felt a lot freer & more relaxed. Even more impressive was my pain free upper right arm. I hadn't communicated the strange awkward pain I got when lifting weight above my head. Like a twisted muscle. It wasn't until the next day I realised it had gone. I still check to be sure, but it has. Amazing
