I'm very disappointed. Booked the Thai oil massage assuming it is just like a regular Thai massage only with oil. The massage was very soft so I asked the therapist to press harder and I was told I would have to pay more if she is to press harder.
I'm actually disappointed by the lack of understanding. They said I could stop the massage and apply for a refund but there was no guarantee I would get my money back. They were pleasant but the customer service was poor due to lack of understanding.
