I hadn’t realised that for a firm deep tissue massage I needed to book an ‘intense deep tissue’ massage instead of a ‘deep tissue’ massage - would definitely have done that, but unfortunately I didn’t realise this until after the massage. Would have been nice to have that clarified (I did specify on the form that I wanted a firm massage by ticking the firm/strong massage). I would have loved the receptionist’s mobile phone text alerts to have been set to silent/vibrate too. Otherwise, v good.

OM is a no-frills massage therapy space but I appreciated the attention to detail and the efficiency of it all - from booking less than an hour before my appointment to getting set-up at reception as a brand new customer. I had a gorgeous deep tissue massage and I'll definitely be going back! Thank you!
