I get a lot of pain in my shoulders and upper back, including chronic pain in my left shoulder. I booked a deep tissue massage and it has helped so much! The massage itself was very painful at times as the therapist put a lot of pressure on my knots and really dug into them, but the next morning the pain in my left shoulder was completely gone. I'll be back on a regular basis now, thank you.
