I chose an intense massage to treat a shoulder injury, and the skilled practitioner was superb. She went HARD, but that was what I needed and wanted! If you have knots, and are after a treatment that will actually fix them rather than a relaxing, light rub, this is the place to come (although I'm sure they do gentler treatments too). The venue is pretty bare bones, but clean, and the staff are very kind, welcoming & reassuring. I'll revisit, for sure.
