My first time here, really appreciated that you could tick what pressure you like on the consultation form and that firm really means firm here! There was a slight mix up and I received a deep tissue massage not a hot stone as I had booked but it was still a great massage and they offered me extra time for my next appointment as compensation - so still happy overall
