My back was a mess and my therapist was v thorough and strong 💪🏿 she had to go v hard to break up the knots but she sent me off told me to run a bath and take 2 pain killers and I’d be sore for couple of days. The hot stones at the end helped. It took 3 days but I’ll be back more often! Ann was the therapist

Emi (unsure if that’s the spelling of her name, sorry) was amazing! She really helped loosen me up and target problem areas - and asked if I had a specific areas that needed attention which sometimes isn’t the case. Feel so much better for it :)
