I had a wonderful experience. I went without realising that I should have specified that I wanted a female therapist. However, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodated my request immediately. My therapist was Emmie (I hope I'm spelling it correctly). She was great. I had terrible back pain when I went, and I was worried about the intensity of the massage, but she explained what she was doing, and gave me advice on breathing during the massage. No pain the next day (or since!)
