Simone understands the body so well - she effortlessly seems to find exactly the areas that need most work. This week I had the most amazing facial (she also included arms and legs) i arrived home around 5pm had tea and sat on sofa to read - i woke up at 5:11am next morning and found from my Fitbit that I had fallen asleep at 7:06pm - 10 hours sleep - unheard of for me , lucky if I sleep 5 hours. She certainly relaxed my body!
